эк. тр., юр. вторичный коллективный протест* (коллективные действия наемных работников, направленные не против их работодателя, а против третьих лиц, связанных деловыми отношениями с этим работодателем (напр., его клиентов или поставщиков), c целью оказания на него более ощутимого давления; закон "О занятости" от 1980 г. установил средства законодательной защиты непосредственных клиентов предпринимателя – стороны трудового конфликта и предпринимателей, производящих товары или услуги, являющихся субститутами товаров или услуг предпринимателя, вовлеченного в трудовой конфликт; значительно сократил средства судебной защиты участникам вторичного коллективного протеста; закон "О профсоюзах и трудовых отношениях" от 1992 г. объявил вторичный коллективный протест незаконным)
